Now 97% leased with the building complete, Centre 10 has welcomed our first occupants, Mawer Investment Management, on Monday November 18th. Other tenant improvements are also underway throughout the building and by Spring 2014 the building will be fully built out. Soon to join the roster of tenants already announced are the law firms of Miles Davison LLP & Dunphy Best Blocksom LLP, as well as Chinook Energy Inc.

Construction is well underway at Blackfoot Point, Calgary's newest 'A' class office campus.
Centron is very pleased to announce our newest tenant ~ Genstar to the park, with their move in anticipated by year end!
We are currently on schedule with the parkade concrete work complete and building #2 already taking shape.

Despite heavy rainfall and flooding throughout Calgary and Alberta, the project and the Centron team at Blackfoot point are safe with no damages suffered or delays incurred.
Construction activity on site has been generating increased leasing inquiries and the completion of the new 85th Ave intersection will be a key asset to the development.

On Friday June 21, 2013 the day after an estimated 75,000 Calgarians were ordered out of their homes due to flooding – city officials issued an evacuation order for Calgary’s entire downtown core.

After severe flooding due to storms in the Bow Valley area, the Stoneridge team has worked very hard to welcome our guests back to the resort as soon as possible.
Stoneridge is working hard to get the pool and hot tub operational, however parts are pending and no guarantees have been made on a reopening date.
