The Cherry Topping at Centre 10...

Just like a cherry is to an ice cream sundae, Centre 10’s concrete structure was “topped off” early March with wall installations & curtain wall glazing nearly finished.

Tenant improvements for our first of many tenants ~ National Energy Board, are just getting started in conjunction with elevator and rooftop mechanical equipment  installations underway.

Completion of the concrete structure at Centre 10, is a great milestone given the complexities re-working an existing structure, column changes and modifications ~ a challenge that Centron excels in.

Centre 10 is comprised of 2,200 metric tons of reinforcing steel for optimal durability and over 100,500 Sq.Ft of glazing for exceptional light distribution.

Base building occupancy will be achieved Fall 2013.

Leasing activity is strong with over 81% of the project already leased and conditional.  In addition to The National Energy Board, Mawer Investments will be joining Centre 10’s roster of tenants.

With great exposure and tremendous pedestrian traffic, the retail premises on the main floor of Centre 10 is garnering a lot of interested retailers.  There are opportunities for two full service restaurants at either end of the building.  Other targeted retailers include a coffee shop and quick service food services on the main floor ~ all great additions to the bustle of 10th Ave SW!
