NEWEST HIGHRISE GOING GREEN AS A LEED CANADA REGISTERED PROJECT

Centron’s 14 Story, two tower Place 10 project is targeting Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) silver under the Canada Green Building Council.

LEED Provides the guidelines to ensure that buildings not only add great value to their community, but leave a positive environmental legacy – something Centron is proud to support.

 

“Going Green” in the next phases of this project will provide a necessary and exciting challenge. Construction of the East tower is well underway with levels two and three of the 456 stall parkade  complete and its main floor set to be finished within the first week of August. Pre-leasing of the 616,500 Sqft office and retail spaces are also well underway attracting key Tenants with a strong desire to be Plus 15 connected and well located within the Beltline district.
